The fork is a great discovery. Nice, elegant, but not pretentious environment. Excellent service as their raw materials cooked with equal mastery. Gourmet cuisine but just portions. I had a chance to really appreciate their crude and cooked (beef tartar wisely prepared on half stick with oxobuco) fabulous, low temperature cooked stroke in palm leaves (never eaten before) but really good with the sauce that balances all flavors, really very good, sweet to chocolate of different consistency and chocolate types to say ....gnam.

China Long, after we finished shopping, we happened to meet this Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the mall. Their home is quite distinctive. Their roasted buns are really beautiful, and the white seared broccoli is also very distinctive.
